The animal protection and management service of the Manilva City Council, directed by Pilar Zúñiga, has carried out a new operation with the rescue of a vulture in the northern part of the municipality.
The bird showed signs of dehydration, so it was given first aid, including water and food, which led to its swift recovery.
Once stabilized, the protocol was activated with the Center for the Recovery of Endangered Species (CREA). Professionals from this center took charge of the animal to ensure its subsequent release into its natural habitat.
