This decision affects the Colegio Mayor Nuestra Señora de La Asunción, where a single room will cost 754 euros per month and a double room 722 euros. Furthermore, the measure extends to the Lucano Residence, located on the Rabanales Campus, and the residence of the Belmez University School, as published in the Official Bulletin of the University of Córdoba (Bouco).

Although the academic year and the Selectividad exams have not yet begun, prospective UCO students can already manage their place renewal or apply for access to any of these three residences. The Colegio Mayor La Asunción offers the largest number of places, with a total of 291, and also accommodates students enrolled at Loyola University.

The fees for these accommodations include not only lodging but also meals from Monday to Sunday, room cleaning, and linen changes, according to the established conditions. The Lucano Residence, for its part, has 70 apartments that can house up to 226 students, with prices varying depending on the number of bedrooms.

At the Lucano Residence, one-bedroom apartments are priced at 248 euros per month. Three-bedroom apartments, which include a kitchen, living-dining room, and toilet, cost 204 euros per person. The Belmez residence, intended for students of the Polytechnic School, will maintain its price at 142 euros per month, offering 15 places for new admissions and 21 for students already residing in its facilities.
