A 17-year-old young woman received medical attention and was transferred to Reina Sofía hospital after being hit by a vehicle on Friday night while riding her electric scooter. The incident took place shortly after 9:00 PM on Friday, specifically at 9:05 PM, on Calle del Compositor Rafael Castro, in front of the El Arcángel shopping center. The area is usually very busy at that hour due to its commercial and leisure activities, including the Parque del Avión and the shopping center itself.
The incident occurred shortly after a football match began at the nearby El Arcángel stadium, between Córdoba CF and Girona.
