The Palacio de la Merced, headquarters of the Diputación de Córdoba, hosted the technical workshop 'Rural Repopulation, Youth, and Social Innovation.' This initiative aims to train youth technicians from Cordoban municipalities to integrate rural repopulation and social innovation as transversal axes in their work.
Sara Alguacil, the delegate for Technological Development, Digital Transformation, and Youth of the provincial institution, explained that the meeting focuses on the need to retain the population in the territory. She emphasized the importance of making the province a space for growth and development that encourages young talent to stay and build their future.
The workshop featured a presentation titled 'Rural Repopulation and Youth: The New Scenario,' followed by a sharing session of successful projects on the ground. Subsequently, a participatory dynamic called 'Co-creation Laboratory: Activating a Municipality Through Youth' took place, concluding with a discussion titled 'Youth, Municipalities, and Repopulation: What Can We Do Tomorrow?'
