Students who took the Selectividad (university entrance exam) in the first week of June have until this Monday to formalize their pre-registration for university degrees. The admission process for public universities in Andalusia is managed centrally through the Distrito Único Andaluz (DUA), allowing students to prioritize their study options in a single application.
Following the closure of the application period, the academic calendar includes the publication of the first admission list on July 3. Subsequently, a period for appeals or claims regarding the first adjudication will open from July 3 to July 9, followed by the enrollment or waiting list confirmation deadline, also extending until July 9.
The Distrito Único Andaluz platform allows students to identify themselves with their DNI or NIE, indicate their nationality, and complete the process online, optionally using a digital certificate for enhanced security and efficiency.
“"Health Science degrees continue to attract the most student interest."

Medicine has received 952 applications and Nursing 879. They are followed by Primary Education (483), Physiotherapy (459), and Psychology (448), highlighting the sustained high demand for health-related degrees among prospective university students.
