The call, open since April 23, 2026, offers public funds for private promoters and town councils in the 14 municipalities of Subbética Cordobesa. The aim is to drive investment, business modernization, and public initiatives within the territory.
Within the private sector, support is provided for the creation and modernization of the regional agri-industry, as well as the expansion of SMEs outside the primary sector. These two lines have a budget exceeding 1.3 million euros.
The remainder of the budget is allocated to municipal investments, focused on improving services, equipment, and infrastructure for balanced development across the municipalities.
Currently, the technical team at GDR Subbética is analyzing the 24 applications received to date, representing a total investment of over 4 million euros and a subsidy request exceeding 2.7 million.
A growing interest is being observed from promoters and entrepreneurs in the region to undertake new investments, particularly after the summer period. GDR Subbética continues to offer technical support and guidance to facilitate project submissions.
