The blaze began at 3:48 AM and primarily affected the kitchen area of the property. Crews from the El Granadal station, supported by the central station, were dispatched to control the flames.
According to the fire department, the fire did not spread to other parts of the apartment, and fortunately, no one was injured.
Separately, early in the morning, firefighters were called to Patio Pico Almanzor street in the Las Palmeras neighborhood due to a strong gas odor. However, no leak was ultimately detected.
