Allottees received the keys to their new homes today at an event held at the Centro Social Polivalente Hogar Virgen de los Reyes, located on Fray Isidoro de Sevilla street. The handover, which began at 1:30 PM, was carried out by employees of EMVISESA.
The Residencial Puerta Osario development comprises 70 newly constructed homes for protected rental, along with 70 garage spaces, four for motorcycles, and 15 storage rooms. The homes feature an energy rating of AA and systems focused on efficiency.
The complex includes common areas such as a swimming pool, community room, and recreational spaces, promoting coexistence and quality of life. Monthly rent is 565 euros for two-bedroom homes and 665 euros for three and four-bedroom units, including a garage space and storage room.
