The university's Electoral Commission has validated the final census following the resolution of submitted claims. This collegiate body, which represents the highest authority of the university community, consists of 200 members, 48 of whom belong to the student sector, known as sector C.
The official calendar sets the deadline for submitting candidacies until September 24, with an extended period for the student sector until September 28. The publication of final lists will take place in stages between late September and early October.
The electoral campaign will take place on October 2, 5, and 6, with October 7 designated as a day of reflection. During this time, the university will provide early voting options to encourage participation. Following the election, a claims period will open before the final proclamation of elected candidates, scheduled for October 14.
