The Runner's Fair for the 38th Carrera Nocturna del Guadalquivir KH7, held at the Torre Sevilla Shopping Center, has witnessed the event's success, with thousands of participants collecting their bibs and race bags. The Delegate for Sports, María Tena, visited the facilities and highlighted the event's magnitude.
For the first time, the race will feature 26,000 runners, following the addition of 1,000 extra bibs approved by the City Council, the event's organizer, due to high demand that sold out the initial 25,000 entries nearly 20 days before the race.
María Tena described the edition as "historic," emphasizing the absolute participation record and the female record with over 10,600 registered women, representing 40% of the total. The delegate highlighted the appeal of the race, considered "the most important in Europe" in its category, and its spectacular circuit through the city.
The Runner's Fair will remain open until 9:00 PM on Friday, September 25th, the day of the race. Runners who have not yet collected their gear are advised to do so in advance to avoid rushing and to enjoy the pre-race entertainment.
