The summer cultural program of the Huétor Tájar City Council culminates this week with a theatrical proposal that redefines the classic Snow White. The performance will take place this Thursday, August 13th, at 10:00 PM at the Parque del Estanque, with free access for all attendees.
The company En La Luna Teatro presents a fresh and contemporary production, full of music and humor, which invites reflection on female roles in traditional fairy tales. In this adaptation, the protagonist princess defines herself, breaking away from clichés and showcasing her independence and freedom.

Francisco Muñoz, the Culture Councilor, highlighted that the initiative combines family entertainment with fundamental values, promoting personal choice and challenging stereotypes.
This function is part of the 'Verano al fresquito 2026' program, an initiative by the council that has offered open-air cultural activities throughout July and August. The mayor, Fernando Delgado, emphasized the effort to maintain a free and accessible leisure offer for residents.
Following the Snow White performance, the summer program will conclude next Thursday, August 20th, with the clown show The Great Circus Show, by the company El gran Dimitri, at the same Parque del Estanque.
