The race will begin at 10:00 AM and will start and finish at the Plaza de la Constitución, maintaining the same route as the previous edition. At the end of the race, participants will be able to enjoy various tastings of drinks and products.
Five overall prizes and five prizes for local runners will be awarded, in both male and female categories. Additionally, special recognition will be given to Manuel Poyatos, an athlete who has completed all editions. Liquid refreshment points will be available along the course, and at the finish line, solid refreshments will be offered along with a runner's bag for the first 1,000 participants.
The route has been described as 'leg-breaker', with inclines and descents. Citizens of the European Union born in 2007 and earlier are eligible to participate. Registrations will be open until half an hour before the start of the race, with a cost of 10 euros for the solidarity bib, which will not allow participation in prize categories or trophies, although it will grant access to other services.
Furthermore, a 'zero bib' has been established for those who wish to financially support the Spanish Association Against Cancer without participating in the race. Voluntary contributions will be given to the local organization for deposit, and the first thousand athletes to finish the race will receive a runner's bag courtesy of the Guadix City Council.
