Children from the summer camp organized by the association Fakali, through its local branch the Nakera Romí Gypsy Women's Association, enjoyed a literary creation session at the José Riquelme municipal library. During the visit, the children had the opportunity to imagine characters and build their own adventures.
The association's representative, Teresa Vélez, shared the experience with the children, encouraging them to take center stage as authors in their own stories. The library's director, Estefanía Sánchez, was also present.
This literary creation experience will conclude next week with a public reading of their works.
The summer camp, typically held in the Los Junquillos neighborhood during July and August, is aimed at children aged 6 to 12. In addition to educational support, the program includes outings, excursions, and workshops in various city locations.
