The initiative, which coincided with World Environment Day, focused on environmental protection, awareness, and biodiversity enhancement. Company professionals actively participated in actions that reinforce Moeve's commitment to sustainable development.
In San Roque, activities took place over three days. One of the main collaborations was with the APADIS association, where 80 volunteers helped design, assemble, and decorate recycling mini-igloos, promoting social inclusion and environmental awareness.
Another group of 45 volunteers traveled to the Vega de la Motilla estate, in Los Barrios, in collaboration with Plant for the Planet. There, they built nest boxes for birds, bats, and insects, and created two water basins to facilitate access to water resources for local fauna.
“"The volunteer week is a reflection of the real commitment of the people who are part of Moeve to their environment. Activities like those developed in San Roque not only contribute to environmental protection but also strengthen collaboration with social entities and highlight the positive impact we can generate by working together."
This volunteer week is one of Fundación Moeve's main initiatives to foster social involvement among its team, promoting values such as sustainability, cooperation, and respect for the natural environment. The organization thus reinforces its commitment to the environment and the communities where it operates, using corporate volunteering as a key tool to generate a positive impact aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
