The UDYCO Bahía unit of the National Police has dismantled an organization dedicated to the distribution and sale of cocaine through the 'telecoca' method in Jerez de la Frontera. The operation, named 'Operación Gestoría', began in June and concluded on September 10, 2026, with the arrest of two people and three property searches.
The suspects used several properties in the city as strategic points to store narcotics and collected cash, thereby hindering investigative efforts. The organization directly contacted buyers to deliver drugs to their homes in various parts of the city.
“"During the searches, narcotic substances, cash, and various tools for weighing, packaging, and dividing cocaine doses were seized."
Following the simultaneous execution of three judicially authorized searches, officers arrested the two individuals involved. They were subsequently taken to police facilities and handed over to the duty Court of Instruction in Jerez de la Frontera.
