The three organizations have issued a joint statement accusing the other party of maintaining a distorted view of the current labor situation. According to the unions, this attitude has hindered progress in the collective bargaining agreement, a process that has been stalled for months.
The conflict has intensified due to the filing of numerous complaints with the Labor Inspectorate by a representative linked to the questioned union section. The signatories of the statement argue that these actions lack rigor and have harmed the credibility of the workforce's collective demands.

At the same time, the unions have directed their criticism toward the company Valoriza. They have questioned the company's decision to make absenteeism the central focus of negotiations, recalling that the service specifications already accounted for these rates since the contract was awarded.
Ahead of the assembly scheduled for this Friday, May 15, the unions have called for worker unity. They have also announced that they will request meetings with the Labor Inspectorate to clarify the company's criteria and resume discussions on other social and labor demands affecting the staff.
