The singer, born in Madrid and raised in Huétor Tájar, Granada, has repeatedly shown her affection for the province of Cádiz, particularly Jerez. Her connection was further cemented after her performance at the Concert Music Festival in Chiclana in 2024.
In mid-June, Índigo traveled to Jerez to record at the Damajuana studio, located on Francos street. This is not the first time the artist has chosen this studio for her musical projects, repeating the experience from 2025.

During her stay, the artist visited the brotherhood house of the Parochial Group of the Most Serene Queen of Angels, Shepherdess of Souls of San Dionisio. There, she posed smiling with members of the brotherhood and expressed her admiration for the image of the Divine Shepherdess, exclaiming her surprise at the beauty of the figure wearing a wide-brimmed hat.
The artist has also been in the news recently for her statements regarding the use of injections like Ozempic. Lola Índigo has lamented its consumption, especially among healthy young people, to achieve extreme thinness and conform to beauty standards, expressing her incomprehension of this trend.
