The average purchase price for an apartment in Sanlúcar de Barrameda has reached 2,481 euros per square meter, slightly exceeding the provincial average of Cádiz.

The real estate market in Sanlúcar de Barrameda continues its upward trend, consolidating itself as a key point in the province of Cádiz. According to recent data from the specialized portal Fotocasa, the average cost per square meter to acquire a property in the town stands at 2,481 euros. This brings the average residential value to approximately 211,161 euros.
This figure aligns with the general trend in the sector, both nationally and internationally, which is experiencing a widespread price increase. In the province of Cádiz, the square meter averages 2,455 euros, meaning Sanlúcar already surpasses this average, highlighting its appeal as a tourist and residential destination on the northwest coast.
Currently, the supply of properties for sale in Sanlúcar totals 837 units. The most sought-after property type by buyers is an apartment of around 90 square meters, with three bedrooms and located on the third floor. However, the price per square meter does not always correlate directly with size; studios or one-bedroom apartments have the highest cost per square meter, reaching 2,919 euros.
Properties over 100 square meters also see a significant increase in value. While smaller properties average 188,986 euros, those exceeding this size reach an average of 296,074 euros. The inclusion of a parking space or a terrace further elevates the cost per square meter, standing at 2,902 euros and 2,866 euros respectively.
