The municipal delegate for Economic Development, Manuela Pérez, and the representative of the Chiclana Business Association, José Muñoz, have presented the results of the Integral Support Office for Businesses and Entrepreneurs. This office, launched last year by the Association with funds from an annual subsidy from the Chiclana City Council, is part of the 2026 Action Plan of the ‘Conforta+ Project’.
The office provides advice on business establishment procedures, legal structures, financing, aid and subsidies, regulations, labor and legal aspects, tax matters, exploration of new markets, management of temporary joint ventures (UTE), and participation in public tenders.
During 2025, 167 inquiries were handled, with labor relations and collective agreements being the most frequent (55.70%). So far in 2026, 87 inquiries have been registered, with business and operational management (26.40%) and legal consultations and administrative procedures (12.6%) being the most in-demand.
Manuela Pérez highlighted the initiative's great success among businesses and entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of the "advice, support, and experience" that the Business Association offers through its agreement with the City Council.
José Muñoz thanked the City Council for its trust and noted that including this service in the Conforta+ Plan has allowed for its growth and wider dissemination, calling the joint work "very productive."
The Chiclana Business Association also maintains an information point on its website with relevant content for the business community, aiming to be a reliable source of information. Additionally, they organize inspirational talks for primary and secondary school students to foster an entrepreneurial spirit.
This initiative, managed by the business collective and funded by a municipal subsidy, primarily aims to provide support and advice on all types of administrative procedures and management for businesses in Chiclana.
