The mayor of Bollullos de la Mitación, Clara Monrobé, and the delegate for Local Development, Manuel Varilla, welcomed the nine participants of the Activa-T Joven program. The young individuals joined last September and have commenced this new professional phase at the Training Center for Employment and Business.
On October 6, the participants engaged in an initial group orientation session for employment, conducted remotely from the center's classrooms. The roles they will undertake span areas such as sports activities, park and garden maintenance, cleaning, education and leisure, administration, and IT.
Specific profiles include sports instructors, gardening laborers, park conservation staff, street cleaning personnel, administrative assistants, education and leisure coordinators, and management IT specialists. The program also includes a cleaning position for a person with a disability.
The Activa-T Joven program, managed by the Local Development Delegation, is aimed at unemployed young people aged between 18 and 29, registered as job seekers with the Andalusian Employment Service and beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System.
The Bollullos de la Mitación Town Hall has received a subsidy from the Junta de Andalucía, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), to foster the employment of young unemployed individuals locally. This initiative underscores the municipal commitment to creating opportunities and supporting the professional development of young people.
